  The telltale signs of a successful company in decline are: * When management finds it's easier to hire from the outside rathan grow from within. * When company leaders begin to define success predicated on what has been done, rather           than what could be done. * When management begins to believe that getting better is not as important as protecting the      status quo. * When compliance with company processes and procedures has become more important              than performance and progress. * When the actions of the company formely threatened competitors, but now the company is         threatened by the actions of its competitiors.  

  Fascism is an extreme right-wing, authoritarian, and ultranationalist political ideology that emerged in the early 20th-century Europe. Probably the most recognized of Fascist leaders is Benito Mussolini of Italy. Recognizing and taking advantage of a splintering Italian society (caused by the upheaval of WW I), Mussolini formed the Fascist Party in 1919. In 1922 Mussolini and his Fascist Party took control of the Italian government and remained in power until 1943.     Key tenants of Fascist leadership include intense nationalism, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, the neutering of any power-limiting government checks and balances, the top-down control of society and the subordination of individual interests (except for the elite supporters of the government or the Fascist Party) to the perceived good of the nation or race.  Over time, Fascist rule develops a system that not only elevates the leader to a cult figure, but places decision-makin...

  Here are some reasons to vote Republican in the upcoming mid-term (if they happen) elections … If you consider your vote as an endorsement of Trump. If you don’t want to see anyone held accountable for their escapades with Epstein. If you want to see more and more court orders ignored. If you want to see taxes reduced further for the wealthy. If you don’t mind struggling to live an affordable life and find affordable healthcare. If you want to see ICE invade and terrorize more American cities and citizens. If you want the federal government to take control of state elections. If you want Congress to continue to abdicate its constitutional role in governing the country. If you want the free press continued to be vilified and additional efforts made to restrict it. There are many more reasons to vote Republican, but this should be a good starting point for all of us.
